Did you know you can build a radio controlled FPV drone from parts? This 3.5” drone (measurements based on propeller size) packs in four independently controlled motors, a power distribution system, a flight controller which runs open source software for control and stabilization, a battery capable to delivering over 30 amps of power, a radio control receiver with telemetry, and a real-time video system with a range of a couple of miles. These things are astonishing in performance, exceedingly annoying to the general public and very fun to fly.
